Are you motivated by working with state-of-the-art technology and customers on an international scale? To drive the launch of our new CBCT scanner in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated colleague, who will take on the role as Sales Manager for X1 in this region. 

You will work closely with our country organizations and our partners in each country to define a plan for how to drive sales of X1 and execute on it. Your tasks will be to create business plans, plan and carry out events to generate leads, train partners and end-users in the X1, onboard new dentists to ensure customer success, and feed back product and market learnings to HQ. 

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Work closely with our partners to plan how to promote the X1 scanner in the respective markets 
  • Plan and carry out events and other activities in the markets to generate leads 
  • Demo the X1 scanner and associated software at marketing events across Europe 
  • Train our distribution partners and end-users in how to use the X1 and what sets it apart from competition 
  • Ensure customer success at first installations by implementing structured onboarding program 
  • Travel frequently to trade shows, partners, and end-users (around 80-100 days of travel per year) 

If you are motivated by learning a lot, by making a difference, and being part of a winning team that sets ambitious goals, you may be the person we are searching for. To perform and thrive in this role you will need the following skills: 

  • As a minimum you have a bachelor degree, preferably with a technical focus 
  • 5+ years of experience in dental, preferably within CBCT 
  • Structured approach to defining and executing a business plan 
  • Strong communication skills to promote the product and to build strong relationships to customers, partners etc. 
  • Deep knowledge of CBCT devices in dental, e.g. the use of CBCT in diagnostics and planning, key players in the market, etc. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English + German
