Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret transactional data from Zuora.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

2. Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze current business processes and workflows related to billing, subscription management, and revenue recognition.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Document and maintain business process documentation.

3. Requirement Gathering and User Story Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed user stories with precise requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure user stories are aligned with business priorities and goals.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback.
- Communicate changes and updates effectively to all relevant parties.

5. Testing:
- Perform simple system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Report and track issues and defects, ensuring timely resolution.

6. Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on Zuora functionalities and best practices.
- Create training materials and user guides.

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using Zuora for billing and subscription management.
- Understanding of Zuora’s data model.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Zuora Reporting).
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation (Desirable).

2. Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends and insights.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.

3. Business Analysis Skills:
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

5. Project Management Skills:
- Ability to deliver multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Training and Support Skills:
- Experience in developing and delivering training sessions.
- Ability to create clear and concise training materials and user guides.
