We are currently looking for a multifaceted individual to join our team as a Test Engineer with Scrum Master responsibilities. This hybrid role requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills, as you will be implementing both the quality assurance processes and the Agile ceremonies that guide our development efforts.

The product is a desktop application used by dental professionals for the preliminary review of dental treatment.

You will be part of a friendly globally distributed team with members based in various countries (Denmark, Ukraine), and collaborating across time zones to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Areas of responsibility:

• Facilitate Agile meetings
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow and progress within the team
• Support the team in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog
• Collaborate with a development team and product stakeholders
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team
• Review and evaluate business requirements
• Test desktop application, report and document technical issues
• Write and maintain test documentation
• Analyze feedback reports
• Provide tasks estimations
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Job requirements:

• 2+ years of software testing experience
• Clear understanding of Scrum framework, values and Agile values and principles
• Enthusiastic about coaching and implementing agile principles and practices
• Advanced collaboration and communication skills
• Good understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience with Jira, Jama, Confluence
• Comprehensive knowledges of software testing methodologies and tools
• Ability to develop test cases and specifications
• Functional and non-functional testing experience (regression, integration, system, smoke and usability)
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to details
• Upper-intermediate English
