Marketing & Sales Coordinator Benelux (32-40 hours)

3Shape BeNeLux is expanding its team, and we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support the Benelux team by performing operational tasks in the field of Marketing and Sales. 3Shape is an international company and world leader in 3D scanning solutions for the dental market, with more than 2,200 employees. 3Shape has its headquarters in Copenhagen and sales offices worldwide. 

You will join a small team of 3 dedicated and skilled professionals who, like you, work from home and support our resellers in selling our high-end scanners and software solutions. You will be the contact point for our resellers for daily operational sales matters. Together with the Country Manager to whom you report, you will handle the operational tasks of the marketing plan. You are ambitious and possess an abundance of positive energy. 3Shape provides excellent training and guidance to help you enjoy your  job.

Your tasks:

• Assisting with the sales/order process with resellers via email or phone
• Coordinating communication between the support department and end-users and between resellers and support
• Responsible for placing advertisements in trade magazines
• Contact with associations and congress organizations regarding presence and sponsorship of conferences
• Setting up and maintaining social media
• Ordering and distributing brochures and giveaways
• Organizing the quarterly meeting for 3Shape Benelux

Your profile:

• Knowledge of the dental market is not necessary but a plus
• Marketing and sales experience is not necessary but a plus
• Dutch-speaking with a reasonable command of English
• Capable of building professional relationships based on trust and respect
• Positive attitude and possesses empathetic and good intercultural skills
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently from home (hybrid in the future, office in Randstad)
• Thinking and working at MBO level
