3Shape’s Graduate Program is an exciting 2-year program offering three rotations within either a Business/Commercial or Technical Track, with the possibility of an international rotation. This program is designed to provide talented and motivated young professionals with the opportunity to expand their knowledge, develop their skill set, and gain valuable expertise from day one. It plays a crucial role in our strategy to cultivate future leaders and specialists within 3Shape.

As a Graduate, you will:

• Rotate through three different departments over the course of 2 years (8 months in each), allowing you to apply your knowledge to real-life projects while developing your business acumen
• Play a pivotal role in an international and dynamic organization that is constantly evolving
• Broaden your horizons by working as part of integrated teams collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds

We fuels your career by providing:

• A comprehensive onboarding, including offsite, teambuilding, and networking with the Senior Leadership Team
• Support from a dedicated mentor and buddy as part of our peer support program
• Giving you exposure to different managers, by having three different rotation managers, supporting you in your development and providing you with feedback on your tasks
• Ongoing meetings with your Graduate Manager to nurture your development and well-being
• Multiple training sessions (e.g., People Module, Case Competition, and Technical Training)
• Membership in a well-established network of co-Graduates
• A vibrant social culture with Friday bars, breakfast gatherings, social activities, and various clubs to join

Graduate tracks
Our program offers two main tracks: When applying, please state your preferred track:

Technical: If you choose the Technical Track, you will learn from experts in their respective fields. You will gain valuable experience in technical disciplines, such as R&D, Software Development, IT, Consulting & In-house Solutions, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, and Production and Supply Chain.

This track is suitable for individuals with an education in mechanical/electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, cloud solutions, computer vision, IT architecture, cybersecurity, design & innovation, technology transformation, technical project/product management, portfolio management or related fields.

Business/Commercial: If you opt for the Business/Commercial Track, you will collaborate with passionate and experienced teams in areas such as Finance, Strategy & Consulting, IT, People and Organization, Legal, IP, and Sustainability, Global Customer Success, Global Sales, or Marketing.

This track is ideal for analytical individuals with a degree in finance, strategy, operations, organizational development, business, change management, branding, marketing, customer care and the like.

• About to complete or has recently graduated with a master's degree, achieving top academic results
