About the position

3Shape offers a unique opportunity to work as a Business Development Manager. You will be part of Design Services, a new business area within 3Shape and report to the Head of Design Services EMEA and APAC in HQ, DK. The focus is on ensuring that 3Shape keeps changing dentistry for the better by giving the patients, labs, and dentists more freedom of choice. This is secured by integrating design services in 3Shape’s offerings, building partnerships, and growing the business.

The team is anchored directly with the SVP and GM of Design Services. As Business Development Manager APAC, you will lead business development, Customer Success, and Support projects in APAC, to ensure that we help our users and grow.

Responsibilities

• Help Drive Sales and Business Development in APAC
• Onboard accounts and maintain sales growth.
• Create reporting metrics to be reviewed weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Drive Sales through coordinating with marketing and SEO team

Qualifications

Professional

• Education in Business/Marketing Degree- Business Dev/Sales Experience
• Dental Knowledge (Preferred not required)
• Presentation and communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels and parts of the organization.
• Leadership skills

Personal

• Self-starter with drive
• Ability to work independently.
• Good attitude, humble and teachable
• Networking skills internal as well as external
• Relationship Building Skills
• Willingness to travel
• Effective communication skills in oral and written English
