Our Facility Team
At the heart of the company is the workplace, where more than 500 colleagues work towards 3Shape’s business goals and ambitions. Having an effective, attractive, and fun workplace is key to the success of the business and you will play a vital role as Facility Manager.
You will be managing our small, but very effective and passionate facility team and report directly to the P&O Manager in Denmark. The team manages and coordinates all facility related matters and communication, stakeholder management and collaboration are essential/fundamental.
You will be an ideal fit for the role if you are structured, proactive, have strong communication skills and take pride in delivering great service.
Your responsibilities
The job is very versatile and will include everything from hands-on work with greeting guests, coordinating with craftsmen, cleaning- and maintenance providers to managing budgets, optimizing service agreements (incl. with our outsourced canteen) and being responsible for managing the Facility team of 2 people. Your days will be fun, challenging and varied and will include responsibility for:
- Leading the facility team.
- Managing and controlling the Facility budget.
- Overseeing and optimizing Service agreements and contracts.
- Vendor management and ensuring successful close collaboration with external partners.
- Securing workplace facilities always looking and operating in an impeccable and perfect condition.
- Coordinate and optimize our office space (seating, collaborative space, hot seating).
- Manage and oversee initiative and requirements from a security and regulatory perspective.
- Contribute and drive activities within EHS related to workplace maintenance and improvements.
- Ensure close and strong collaboration with the canteen provider and head chef.
- Handle incoming requests and inquiries from stakeholders.
- Overseeing operation and maintenance of our buildings located in downtown Copenhagen – incl. installations, operation, repair, and maintenance (via service agreements and hands-on work done by our competent ‘Facility Assistant’).
Your qualifications
You have strong experience with facility management, and you create results through positive collaboration, where you as a partner contribute to continuous improvements, and are willing to make an extra effort.
You are comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment. You have strong communication skills and consider yourself to be an energetic and positive self-starter. You have a flair for IT as well as a good knowledge of common IT tools, such as the Microsoft Office suite. “Technical knowledge” (to some degree) regarding maintenance of buildings/ installations, etc. is a plus.
Moreover, we expect you to have:
- 5+ years working within facility management – preferably with people management experience.
- Fluent in Danish and mastering English at a proficient level.
