About the team and role

We are currently looking for a Manager, Global S&OP Planning and Purchasing, who will be responsible for ensuring that 3Shape have a global Forecast that is aligned with the Sales demand. Furthermore, the responsible that production planning is aligning capacity with demand across production and purchasing. Lastly, ensuring that we are executing the purchasing of the correct materials to support production quantities.

The Manager will also be responsible for the global S&OP process in SCM. Coordinating with Global Sales and Management. Securing that the Supply Chain always have up to date marked insight into sales activities. Driving the EOL/NPI activities from SCM planning perspective. Securing communication to Order Team, Sales Team, and Stakeholders.

You will be people manager for the global Planning and purchasing area team. Work with a global team is located mainly at our factory in Szczecin Poland, Head quarter in Copenhagen Denmark and with a site person at our US and China distribution/manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid theoretical understanding of the area from documented education/training (Cand Merc etc.).
• Fluent in English. Danish and Polish would be an added benefit but not required.
• Experience within Manufacturing industry with global distribution.
