You will be joining our ServiceDesk team in our Infrastructure and Services department, part of Group IT in 3Shape. We are scaling the team with regard to our portfolio of responsibilities. We are Microsoft platform-based company, where SharePoint is commonly used. Hence, to ensure collaboration and capabilities across regions, English proficiency is a must as well as a desire for introducing, following, and improving standardized practices and procedures. About the position:

• Design and build processes across the IT organization in cooperation with other teams and stakeholders.

• Document changes in operational procedures and processes.

• Lead own projects as well as participate in projects with a focus on process design and improvement.

• Working with a variety of business and technical teams to enhance service

• Creation, development, and support of applications for the SharePoint platform

• Analysis of the implementation capabilities of the proposed solutions

• Design and implementation of solutions supporting group work (SharePoint, Microsoft Flow)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SharePoint 2013 Development

• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing applications and automated workflow

• Experience in analyzing and visualizing data in the context of an app and automated workflow

• Knowledge of problem & incident management and fundamental technical system troubleshooting abilities

• Experience in SharePoint On-Prem and Online Administration

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Governance ( e.g., Office Groups lifecycle management)

• Experience in migrating on-prem to on-line solution would be an advantage.

• Experience in monitoring and operating a SharePoint interfaced platform

• Motivated personality and ability to work in self-organized teams

• Readiness to provide 1st and 2nd level support to the organization

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Fluent English
