We are looking for a strong marketeer who can help ensure that we maintain our position as a world leader within digital solutions in the dental industry. You will join the Global Marketing team of highly skilled and dedicated Marketing professionals, in a highly innovative company. The position is located at 3Shape HQ at Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen.

As global Marketing Manager for 3Shape, focusing on the customer service offerings, you will be responsible for developing, project managing, and measuring the impact of after-sales marketing material and initiatives. Your aim will be to ensure dental professionals have a strong understanding of the full product offering, from hardware and software to services. As the sole Marketing responsible for this area, you will drive and project manage the overall commercial strategy, which includes marketing initiatives related to: service plan options, customer training and onboarding, and availability of customer support.

We are looking for a candidate that is energized working with many stakeholders, across functions. You will be collaborating closely with a multitude of teams, the most frequent being: Product Management, Digital Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Communications, Creative & Brand, and Senior Leadership—to maximize and bridge the effectiveness of the marketing efforts you are driving. You will also work closely with the regional teams to ensure that your solution strategies and toolboxes are properly trained, understood, and rolled out on a local level.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop, project manage, and deliver fully integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns needed for various stages of a client's lifecycle including awareness, consideration, conversion, service, and retention.
• Build relationships and collaborate across product and marketing peers to produce material and messaging that support sales growth, retention, and asset goals.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of 3Shape products and the prospective client markets and own how 3Shape can differentiate itself via strong marketing messaging.
• Work closely with digital marketing team to develop a digital approach and execution.
• Utilize competitor data to identify opportunities to differentiate 3Shape in the dental marketspace and track industry trends.
• Set, oversee, and communicate measurable channel marketing objectives.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Professional:

• 5+ years of experience within Marketing in a large global organization
• Experience within a local affiliate, or regional marketing experience is a large plus
• Proven ability to lead the development and project management of multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously to meet multiple communications strategies, audience, and marketing objectives, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
• Previous experience running large-scale product launches, campaigns and cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated exceptional project management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English is required
