About the position

You will be joining our Legal, IP & Sustainability team in Copenhagen and report to our General Counsel. We are responsible for all matters related to legal both in Denmark and globally. You can expect to play a key role in advising the entire organization on legal and corporate matters, supporting the business and be a central part of various contractual negotiations in a highly international work environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead legal projects within both commercial legal and corporate secretary
• Act as legal business partner for our business globally
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts with the ability to capture complex legal and business concepts in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner
• Help drive cross-departmental projects together with other parts of the business; and
• Run the Corporate Secretary function on a Group level

You offer

We expect you to be independent and eager to deliver outstanding results and have an expectation that you have:

• A master’s degree in law (Cand.Jur. or Cand.merc.jur)
• 3 + years of relevant experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm
• Proven experience within corporate- and commercial law
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• An independent and systematic approach to your work and naturally take ownership of tasks and assignments
• A result-orientated mindset and bring positive energy to the team
