We are looking for a driven Global Sales Excellence and CRM Manager with a proven track record of implementing Sales Excellence and CRM and developing a high-performing sales team, who wants to join us in changing dentistry.
About the team and role
The Global Sales Excellence and CRM Manager will report into the Head of Commercial Excellence and be part of the Commercial Excellence team, which is based in our global Headquarters in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv. In this position you will be responsible for driving sales force effectiveness and efficiency by rolling out 3Shapes’ sales excellence and training program “Aspire” and optimizing our CRM system in collaboration with the technical CRM team.
It will be your ambition to create a common foundation for how we drive sales globally that maximizes our efforts across our customer touchpoints with dentists, resellers and institutional customers. You will act as a business partner to our country affiliates and support with identifying sales training and coaching needs, conducting training, while also being the voice of 3Shapes’ sales organization by collecting user feedback and development requests for CRM and prioritize those based on business impact. You will not only work closely with our country affiliates, but also key headquarter functions as Marketing, IT, Product Management, Global Academy to ensure we provide our Sales Managers with the necessary content, tools, and training to successfully sell 3Shape's products and services.
We are looking for an inspirational individual who can set 3Shapes Sales Excellence direction, is ahead of the curve when it comes to sales enablement and is passionate about empowering our great people in sales.
Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Roll out 3Shape's global sales excellence program ASPIRE in close collaboration with our local markets and HQ functions by;
- Identifying sales training and coaching needs and conduct impactful training
- Developing sustainable onboarding program for sales
- Developing account management framework
- Developing sales content and tools with relevant HQ functions
- Support and equip our Sales Managers with solid performance mgmt. processes and tools
- Ensure our CRM system becomes an enabler of growth by identifying sales process improvements and convert them into CRM solutions in strong collaboration with the technical CRM team
- Establish CRM super user community in sales organization with links to after sales
Professional Experience and Competencies
The ideal candidate has the following experience:
- 3+ years of work experience from Sales Excellence role or similar and demonstrated ability to implement and lead Sales Excellence projects
- Experience in working with CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft office (Powerpoint and Excel) and power BI is an advantage
- Proven ability to effectively train, teach and lead others (indirectly - no direct reports)
- Experience in working closely with sales teams across the globe and a good understanding of the world of a Sales Manager
- Organizationally savvy with strong stakeholders mgmt. skills and the ability to influence on all levels
- Sound problem solving skills and strong commercial understanding incl. the ability to identify commercial needs and translate them into solutions
- Experience within the MedTech industry is beneficial
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) ideally combined with one more language
- Bachelor Degree in Business or similar
- Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 30 business days a year)
