About the role & team

3Shape Nordics are expanding the sales team, and we are looking for a Sales Development Manager who will play an integral role in continuing the transformation of the Sales function for 3Shape Nordics. 3Shape is an international company creating award-winning 3D scanning solutions with 2,000+ employees, headquarters in Copenhagen (DK), and with sales offices all over the world.
You will be responsible for understanding market dynamics in the dental service organization and denturist segment, generating sales leads through close collaboration with partners, creating awareness for 3Shape products, and increasing sales to maximize market penetration in line with the strategic objectives.
In your role as Sales Development Manager, you will - through frequent contact and cooperation - assist distributors in reaching our mutual targets as well as identify and generate new business. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue and GP targets and developing account strategies to drive client engagement. In addition to this, you will also support in arranging and participating in relevant events or exhibition shows in the Nordics.

Your success will depend on your ability to:
- Develop sales and account management strategies
- Maintain/build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Build and execute on activity plans towards new customer groups
- Maintain/grow existing key accounts and develop new business accounts
Who you are:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience from a similar position
- Cand.merc, however relevant experience may compensate
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), and fluent (written and spoken) in one of the Nordic languages
- B2B experience within medical device, IT, or other technically complex products/solutions
- Demonstrated IT sales experience with an emphasis on developing and growing customer accounts and meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Result driven, action oriented, independent and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment
- Always interested in learning. We collect curious and passionate colleagues who are not afraid to take on new tasks to learn and grow their skills.
