About the role

3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Marketing Automation Specialist in our Activation and Omnichannel team in Global Marketing. You will be driving data- and trigger-based omnichannel programs across channels and platforms as well as taking part of building our MA foundation.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven and structured candidate to join our team of 4 dedicated and skilled MA colleagues as well as colleagues within Marketing, Product management, Academy and Sales, both in HQ and globally. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Drive the processes of developing, maintaining, testing and optimizing data- and trigger-based omnichannel programs for customers across platforms and channels throughout the customer journey.
• Develop and maintain marketing automation functionality regarding existing integrations and technical setup.
• Specify, implement and test data from new integrations and channels.
• Develop and maintain advanced audiences for omnichannel programs across initiatives and platforms.
• Develop relevant digital assets in Marketo for the local markets to use Marketo as MA tool.
• Continuously train and support the local markets in using Marketo.
• Ensure stakeholder management of and cooperation with supporting teams in the organization.

Your competencies

• You have a solid marketing automation experience both technically and communicatively.
• You understand the customer life cycle and how data, channels and personalized communication collaborate to impact the customer experience. 
• You are experienced in building data-driven communication and audiences based on a complex data structure.
• You have solid experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and functions.
• You possess a commercial and results-driven mindset, always considering our commercial goals in your deliveries.
• You are self-driven and proactive in the way you work with a can-do attitude and you appreciate the benefits of teamwork.
• You have strong analytical, technical and problem-solving capabilities.
• You are flexible and comfortable within a dynamic environment where things move fast, and at times you may not know what tomorrow brings.

Your education and experience

• Min. 2 years’ work experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) as a specialist.
• Experience with MA platforms and related tools (e.g. CDP and various channels) as well as CRM is a must.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
