About the position
You will be joining our Legal team in Copenhagen and work very closely with the senior legal counsels. The team is responsible for all matters relating to legal both in Denmark and globally. You can expect to develop your skills in various legal and compliance fields in a highly international work environment. You will be involved with task such as:
Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, and partner agreements;
Assist with contract management;
Help drive cross-departmental projects together with other parts of the business; and
Support compliance projects related to interaction with health care professionals and advertising of medical devices.
The position counts 15-20 hours per week. We believe in freedom and flexibility with responsibility so the office hours can be adjusted to accommodate your school schedule and exam periods.

You have completed the first year of studies and are currently studying law at a university or at CBS
