General description of position/area of responsibility:
- Part of 3Shape Customer Care team, provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails and occasional on-site events.
- Managing support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to company`s procedures and record this using company`s CRM
- Interact with other departments and escalate customers feedback further
Bachelor of Science, Engineering or similar
3+ years of experience in customer support
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows (settings of Windows firewall, network, group policy, registry, etc.)
Good working level of English (reading, writing, participating in internal meetings in English)
Fluent proficiency in writing & speaking Japanese
Good communication with ability to ask and listen
Values teamwork and can contribute to the entire group
Maintain stable performance under pressure
Problem solving and logical thinking skills
Good to have
Background in dental industry
Network (basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows network troubleshooting)
MS SQL (install/uninstall, troubleshooting during installation)
