About Customer Advocacy and your role
You will be part of the Customer Advocacy team. We are a strategy execution team that is responsible for driving both performance and a transformation in 3Shape that will radically shift the company towards customer centricity.
We use data to uncover major customer experience gaps and pain points. We work closely with different global functions and regional customer-facing teams to address the major problems as fast as possible. And in parallel we work with different functions across the entire value chain to deliver new or improved customer journeys.
We also play an important internal role in creating a culture of focusing on what is important for customers by advocating relentlessly across 3Shape to stimulate a customer centric mindset.
As a project manager, you will in general drive projects together with various teams. You can also be a program manager that leads the delivery of larger scale projects. In general, you will be allocated to very few assignments, allowing you to focus and drive impact in the organization.
For the projects that you are responsible for, you will drive the planning, scoping, and execution in close collaboration with your manager and other key stakeholders, for example delivering a new/improved customer journey.
In this role, you will gain knowledge about many operational areas such as after-sales customer onboarding and customer support and the back-end business support functions. You will also need to understand how our customers use our products and services.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Advocacy and work closely with different teams, particularly but not limited to the global Customer Success functions, the regional management and customer-facing teams, Product Management, and R&D.
About the team
We are a young and dynamic team, currently consisting of 4 people but growing. The team is anchored with the SVP of Global Customer Success & Business Development.

About the expected qualifications and skills
- Min 1-2 years of experience with cross functional project management
- Excellent social skills, ability to listen to and influence people
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong adaptability to changing circumstances and conditions
- Good presentation skills
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Confidence and determination
- Ideally experience with customer journey delivery or customer-facing positions
