As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the success of future launches and product lifecycle management of our flagship product: 3Shape TRIOS.

You will have holistic commercial ownership of the products to ensure an end-to-end experience of the product’s journey, from determining competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and external communication. You will help shape the product brand and increase customer base by manaing the portfolio strategy—from concept through commercialization of Go-to-Market strartegy and lifecycle enhancements to eventual end of life, as well as executing creative campaigns to drive continued promotion.

You will work cross-functionally with a lot of focus on strong stakeholder management and collaboration to develop and execute on launch activities from creative concept, media planning, paid, SoMe, automation, event (physical or digital), communication, website and other digital channels. As subject-matter-expert, you will project management, review, and approve across all of those initiatives. You will support and funnel our affiliates marketing needs towards the global marketing organization and serve as the Global Marketing counterparts for co-marketing and co-branding activities with our strategic distribution partners in conjunction with product roll-outs and activation.

It is important that you understand the user and the technology, bridging both together in creative ways. At 3Shape, we work towards changing dentistry, for the patient and for the dentist. We are looking for someone that enjoys thinking outside of the box to develop strong and creative campaign concepts; you understand the fundamentals of brand CVI, and are able to manage complex projects in a fast-moving environment.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing and campaign initiatives, including strategic development and implementation of marketing deliverables across all five of the key phases: Design, Build, Launch, Monitor and Measure.
• Build relationships and collaborate with portfolio managers, sales teams, and product and marketing peers to produce materials and messaging that support sales growth, retention, and asset goals.
• Take a leading role in working with a given regional team to both gain an understanding on local initiatives and strategies, but also to bridge our HQ work to the local regions.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of 3Shape products and the prospective client markets and own how 3Shape can differentiate itself via strong product and sales marketing messaging.
• Work closely with digital marketing team to develop a digital approach and execution.
• Utilize competitor data to identify opportunities to differentiate 3Shape in the dental marketspace and track industry trends.
• Set, oversee, and communicate measurable channel marketing objectives.

To succeed in this position, you’ll need:

Professional:

• Cand. Merc, MBA or similar
• Minimum +5 years of marketing and/or brand experience within an international environment
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create good-looking PowerPoint slides
• Strong project management toolbox and experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong creative marketing toolbox with a clear understanding of activation channels and their impact
• Experience leading commercial roll-out initiatives with distributor networks regionally or globally is a plus as well as having worked in an affiliate or regional office.

Personal:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into actions
• Ability to build relationships and make an impact at all levels and regions/cultures – both within 3Shape as well as with our external partners
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving and problem-management skills
