We look for an experienced HR professional with a talent for relating to, influencing and coaching leaders at a strategic level while having the breadth of knowledge and confidence to dive into tactical and operational issues when required.

As our HR Associate, you will step into a central role in 3Shape with the opportunity to support, influence and drive our people processes and priorities. You will be responsible for delivering on a variety of tasks such as:

• Administrate corporate benefits packages
• Maintain human resource files, records, and documentation
• Participate in onboarding processes
• Participate in corporate events organization
• Support daily operations of the HR team
• Support and drive core processes such as annual reviews, people review, people engagement, performance management, talent acquisition/recruitments and ongoing ad-hoc support
• Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers to deliver excellent leadership
• Sustain and further develop 3Shape as an attractive place to work for highly qualified people
• Take part in improving current HR operations, systems, and processes
• To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge and experience of work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Completed higher education (preferably in the field of HR, Business Administration or industrial engineering)
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment.
