3Shape seeks an Instructional  Designer.

3Shape is the global market leader of dental Cad/Cam and seeks to expand its Academy team with an Instructional Designer to assist with the design and implementation of digital learning content in our digital learning experience team.

Your Profile:

• You are comfortable with writing learning objectives and writing instructional copy content for trainings.
• You are comfortable with working with subject matter experts and can write instructional content.
• You are comfortable working in English both verbally and in writing.
• You have experience in developing e-learning and perhaps you have worked with authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise or Storyline.
• You pay attention to details and are good at structuring your work and handling many tasks simultaneously.
• You are a strong team player.
• It is a plus if you have experience in cross platform eLearning projects
• It is a plus if you have a background in pedagogy and adult learning theory.
• It is a plus if you have a graphical flair using software such as Adobe Photoshop.
• It is a plus if have dental or dental technician background. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Taking part in writing instructional content for trainings.
• Taking part in writing learning objectives and assessment questions for trainings.
• Taking part in designing and producing e-learning assets.
• Working with project manager and team members and management to fulfil project requirements, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Involving stakeholders to gather information for training content and ensuring that quality assurance is performed during the actual design and implementation in compliance with review processes and development procedures.
• Ensuring compatibility and integration to the Learning Management System.
• Following trends within the online learning field, and appropriately selecting and designing learning using the existing and emerging technologies and authoring tool.
• You are based in Szczecin
