Production Planning team in Poland is responsible for ensuring correct material availability servicing the required stock levels, ensuring delivery on time to customers through correct assessment of capacity and resource allocation. The primary target is the plan week to week, while not forgetting the longer perspective of 3-6 month, ensuring correct material and resource availability.               

Core tasks are:

• Production planning on subassemblies and/or Finished Goods,
• Control and release of documentation for production,
• Reporting of production plan and level of its realization,
• License programming for production orders,
• Monthly meeting on 6 capacity horizon
• Daily meeting with production on shopfloor concerning current challenges
• Continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

• 1-2 year of experience within production planning,
• Computer literacy (MS Office – mainly Excel)
• Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge (would be an advantage),
• Organized, flexible and quick to learn,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Ability to analyze big amount of data
• Graduates with at least Bachelor’s degree,
• Trained in English, both verbally and writing.
• Strong stakeholder management
