About the role
We are looking for a Team Lead Customer Care with strong communication skills, and the desire to make a difference for the customer and the company.
Our ambition in Customer Support is to provide an easy and delightful customer experience, and we need an enthusiastic and skilled colleague to help us serving our constantly growing customer base and achieve our goals.
This role is based in our modern office in MOA, Manila.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Management and development of the Philippines support team and overall coordination of service delivery performance, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Working with key resellers to ensure overall satisfaction with support services
- Create and maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Support day-to-day operations and driving internal support projects and initiatives
- Monitor team performance and report on support KPIs
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, and e-mails
- Managing support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to company`s procedures and record this using company`s CRM
- Interact with other departments and escalate customers feedback further
You should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science, IT or Engineering are preferred
- Fluent English is required
- Min. five years’ experience from customer support function
- Experience as Customer Support Team Lead/Supervisor
- Familiar with case handling, troubleshooting, and customer support
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to share knowledge and experience with colleagues
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
