About the position
You will be joining our Legal & Patent team in Copenhagen. The Legal & Patent team consists of 20 individuals, including a General Counsel and 3 Senior Legal Counsels/Attorneys-at-Law. The team is responsible for all matters relating to legal and patents, both in Denmark and other jurisdictions. You can expect to develop your skills in various legal fields in a highly international work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Draft and approve contracts, including NDAs, reseller contracts, license agreements and consultancy agreements;
• Assist with contract management (interpretation of contracts, addenda to contracts and termination of contracts);
• Help drive cross-departmental projects together with other parts of the business; and
• Liaise with external legal counsel in relation to commercial and litigation matters relating to other jurisdictions.

The position counts 15-20 hours per week, and we encourage you to come to the office and be part of the team.
