Head of Digital Strategy & Customer Experience

We are looking for a Head of Digital Strategy and Customer Experience who will help lift our MarTech portfolio to the next level and deliver on our ambitious web strategies for our customer facing web. The role is a key player in defining the future MarTech strategy in collaboration with the business owners and aligning the technical infrastructure that support the business needs.
The role:
- Leader for the Digital Strategy and Customer Experience department of 16 colleagues (3 direct reports) that is composed of Digital Experience, Application Management and a Product Manager for customer facing web
- Your team is split between Ukraine (70%) and Denmark (30%) – so travel should be expected when possible
- Work in collaboration with many strong stakeholders from Marketing, IT, Product Management, Subscriptions & Loyalty, R&D to define strategy, roadmaps, technical infrastructure and both challenge and drive development with your department
- Put Digital Experience on the priority map by leveraging, supporting & anchoring UX & UI as a stable part of the development workflows and agenda
- Area of responsibility includes technical ownership of 3shape.com, 3Shape community, Partner Portal, ROI calculator and Marketing Automation
- Ability to prioritize and balance roadmaps, strategy, requirements and features based on weighing user- and business needs
- Develop, anchor and maintain processes, governance and KPIs that support our digital development and anchor the success of MarTech platforms
Your qualifications:
- You have 5+ years experience managing Customer Facing Web platforms and MarTech / Marketing Automation in larger organizations
- Experience working within a larger organization with a complex and empowered stakeholder map
- Organized and comfortable working on multiple initiatives simultaneously – balancing interests across a wide palette of systems
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and work constantly on building partnerships
- Talented and structured communicator with the ability to bring executives as well as developers on board with the direction
- You have experience working with different CMS (Sitecore, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager), CDP (Segment, Exponea/Bloomreach), Marketing Automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), analytics (GA, GTM)
- You have worked with UX and understand the importance of user-centerd design in the development process
- You are a clear communicator and at ease working with a wide range of commercial and technical stakeholders
- It is a big plus if you have experience working with microservices, API-first, cloud-native SaaS, and headless architecture
- Fluency in English, verbal and written is a given. Additional major languages will be an advantage
