About the role

3Shape provides experienced management consultants a unique opportunity to accelerate their career at a young and vibrant medical technology company.

As a member at the Commercial Projects team, you will drive the planning, scoping, and execution of key strategic projects within the commercial area, for example updating the go-to-market model. Alongside this, we support the CEO in coordinating and managing our regions and markets.

At this position, you can expect building in-depth expertise in the commercial area, making an impact on the company’s high priority topics, and having direct exposure to commercial leadership team including CEO and other senior management at 3Shape.

You will drive your own projects independently or work in teams delivering larger scaler results. In general, you will be 100% allocated to one project, allowing you to focus on the task at hand and drive impact in the organization. You will be able to plan and control your projects / workstreams, offering flexibility to the benefit of both your personal schedule and project.

You will report to the Head of Commercial Projects and work closely with different stakeholders across teams, particularly in but not limited to the commercial area, e.g., regions / markets, marketing, commercial excellence.

The position is an exciting opportunity to leverage and further develop your consulting toolbox in a growth company, while gaining industry experience and building your internal platform in 3Shape.

About the Commercial Project team

We are a young, dynamic, and passionate team with currently three members. The unit is led by an ex tier 1 management consulting alumnus and is anchored with the VP of Marketing and Commercial Excellence at 3Shape. We value personal development and aim at building a supportive and fun working environment. Qualifications

• Prerequisite: 1-3 years of experience from top tier management consultancy or inhouse consulting units (3Shape title will depend on experience)
• Master’s degree within Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar with top academic performance
• Excellent written and spoken English
