3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Digital Marketing Specialist in our French office with focus on executing local digital activation ensuring performance on lead generating targets. We are looking for an ambitious, high performing and self-driven candidate to join our team.

About the role

Your job will be to drive digital activation of local marketing initiatives ensuring stakeholder management globally and performance targets on lead generation are met. You will report on progress and performance on an ongoing basis. You will work on a daily basis with a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues within Marketing, Product management, Academy, and Sales, both in France and globally.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Driving digital activation of local marketing initiatives across channels to ensure that the lead generating and nurturing targets are met
  • Social media platforms (organic)
  • Paid digital advertising (social, search, display)
  • Media partner advertising (online and offline)
  • Marketing Automation (emails, forms, flows, leads/customer data)
  • Local corporate website and digital content as well as local SEO optimization
• Preparation of digital marketing material (graphics, video, content) in collaboration with in-house teams and agencies.

• The role will be supporting the local marketing strategy covering the digital aspects.
• At the same time the role will act as a link between digital marketing teams at 3Shapes HQ and the local team.
• Ad hoc digital projects and activities.

Your competencies 

• You have a passion for digital marketing as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing including digital media, content and platforms.
• You have experience with a number of key elements related to digital marketing such as campaign management, media planning, lead generation, data analysis, tracking and reporting or A/B testing.
• You have a good business understanding including the ability to link digital marketing to offline marketing activities, sales, business development and IT.
• You know how to translate business goals into digital activation and execution.
• You are self-driven and proactive in the way you work with a can-do attitude.
• You are data-driven and digitally savvy.
• You are flexible and comfortable within a dynamic environment where things move fast, and at times you may not know what tomorrow brings.
• You are proactive and know how to turn ideas into results.
• You can work with cross functional teams and connect with Global Marketing (HQ).

Your education and experience

• Preferably you bring +3 years of work experience with digital marketing activation
• Experience working with digital tools and platforms related to Marketing Automation, SoMe, web, data, SEM on an operational and strategic level
• Knowledge about analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI) and CRM
• University degree, college degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to speak, read and write English as well as being fluently in French
