3Shape Italy is looking for an Inside Lead Specialist

Do you have ambitions to work in the interface between sales and marketing and build on your career within a sales organization? Ideally you bring experience in prospecting and nurturing leads and working with BtB sales. If you come from the dental industry with an understanding of the processes in dental clinics it will be a huge advantage however, you can bring different kinds of work experience to this role.   

 It is key that you have a can-do attitude and are eager to mature sales leads into sales opportunities by ensuring an effective handover to resellers in collaboration with the Inside Sales Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to develop and grow dentists’ interest in 3Shape products in Italy and ensure implementation of the 3Shape’s lead generation process. You will report to Consalvo De Costa, General Manager Europe South and be part of a local organization with energetic and dedicated members. You will find our office space in the center of Milano.   

Main Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing activities and nurture sales opportunities via phone call or other communication channels to maximize the number of product demonstration or other services
  • Verifying and gathering relevant information about the dental clinic to build a buyer profile and support the Inside Sales Specialist in nurturing the opportunity before handing over to 3Shape’s reseller partners
  • Utilizing and updating the lead pipeline (primarily through CRM—Customer Relationship Management) to build the buyer profiles
  • Responsible for some of the administrative tasks associated with the above activities

What tasks you are supposed to work on to live up to your responsibilities:

  • Collect and research key information about end-user sales leads in order to build buyer profiles (e.g. buying history, type of clinical practice, digital dentistry knowledge, level of interest in 3Shape products) for future phone call/emails/visit reference
  • Contact the sales leads to identify what can satisfy their interests (or concerns) around 3Shape products. Schedule product demonstrations and specific product portfolio consultations
  • Collaborate with the local Marketing team to send out event invitations or follow-up emails. Continuously engage with sales leads and provide materials and resources, answering questions on digital dentistry and 3Shape products
  • Ensure implementation of the lead process with CRM compliance including updating of lead information, and
  • Provide feedback to the CRM team with input and suggestions to development of processes and system features

Qualifications we are looking for in our next colleague

  • You may hold a degree in Business or Marketing or similar, and/or
  • You bring customer facing experience from a sales function, preferable in an inside sales team environment with B2B model or work experience with training resellers or end-users in digital dental solutions
  • Talented at opening a dialogue with our end-users, listening with an empathetic and consultative ear
  • Ideally a good understanding of dental clinic operations and the dental industry
  • Excellent capability with PowerPoint, Excel and CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamic)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Maintains detailed records, information and organizes it in such a way that supports the organization needs 
  • Technologically savvy—able to work with, understand and embrace changes in technology
  • We always welcome smart thinking, able to look for innovative, creative solutions and methodologies  

We are keen on developing our sales organization with this new additional role and we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible and no later than January 1, 2022. You will be part of a global onboarding program to ensure alignment and conformity in delivering on the goals. For training activities, you may have to travel to HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will meet new colleagues across country and key stake holders from our organization
