As part of regional marketing team, this new role will support growth objectives for the NA market through the execution of scalable marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This is a versatile marketing role that requires design and content creation that align with global standards and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is an individual contributor role and based in the U.S., however close collaboration with our global marketing team (in Denmark) is required for success.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Create and manage a calendar of marketing campaigns, consisting of monthly, quarterly, annual programs, that engage and nurture through various stages of the funnel
  • Collaborate and support other marketing functions, such as events, partner media, email, etc.
  • Develop mid-funnel marketing content such as collateral, sales materials, email, social channels, as well as other marketing initiatives/channels. Create, edit and proofread copy as needed
  • Assist in the development and design of marketing and sales materials needed to position 3Shape’s products and services value proposition; adhering to brand guidelines and regulations
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand priorities for the North American segments
  • Identify, recommend, and pursue new tactics to reach targets in partnership with global marketing and sales
  • Analyze campaign KPIs and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Help research and evaluate key marketplace trends and share with business partners on a regular basis.
  • Work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage expectations appropriately

Work Location/Hours:  Preferably, this position is in New Jersey with the individual working in a hybrid environment—from our New Providence, NJ office and home.  For the right individual, remote work may be considered.  At times, the individual will be required to participate in certain evening reseller/partner sales events, trade shows, exhibits and conventions as well as customer meetings and events.

Travel:  This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel, primarily to Denmark. Thus, a valid and current passport will be necessary.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Associates/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Graphic Design OR equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of graphic design experience
  • 3+ Years of marketing/copy writing experience
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, or Graphic Design
  • Experience working in the channel with reseller partners
  • Previous experience in the dental or medical device industry
  • Experience in or with global organizations
