3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Digital Upselling Manager in our Activation and Community team in Global Marketing with focus on executing upselling campaigns through digital activation ensuring performance according to business targets. We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven and structured candidate to join our team. You may be coming from your first or second job. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

About the role

Your job will be to coordinate digital activation of upselling campaigns to our customer base based on the strategy laid by management, ensuring stakeholder management globally and performance targets are met. You will work across the Activation team and Global Marketing ensuring the activities are aligned across channels and with the customer journey. Further, you will support activation of our customer database. You will report on progress and performance on an ongoing basis. You will work on a daily basis with a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues within Marketing, Product management, Academy, and Sales, both in HQ and globally.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Based on the upselling strategy, to coordinate digital activation supporting our upselling business goals to our customer base
  • Activation of offers and concepts that are inspiring and meaningful to our customers
  • Ongoing reporting on upselling performance
  • Activating our upselling program globally
  • Stakeholder management of and cooperation with supporting teams in the organization
  • Supporting the growth and activation of our customer database

Your competencies

  • You have a commercial and result-driven mindset – considering our commercial goals in your deliveries
  • You have a good digital toolbox and you are able to understand business objectives and translate them into digital activation plans and execution.
  • You are self-driven and proactive in the way you work with a can-do attitude
  • You have the ability to connect business, concept, content and development
  • You have strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • You have an international mindset and you are good at stakeholder management – you will be working with stakeholders from all over the organization and globally)
  • You are flexible and comfortable within a dynamic environment where things move fast, and at times you may not know what tomorrow brings

Your education and experience

  • Min. 2 years work experience with digital marketing activation – you may be coming from your first or second job
  • University degree, college degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint is critical).
  • Knowledge about analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI) as well as CRM and Marketing Automation is a plus
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
