About Customer Advocacy team


As one of the four 3Shape corporate strategy focus, we are a team that aims to transform the way we learn from our customers! We use data from our customer service channels to uncover experience gaps and advocate relentlessly across 3Shape to fill them. We also play an important internal role in creating a culture of continuous improvement that stimulates open communication and customer advocacy between teams!

Everyday life

We work directly with the CEO, VP of Customer Care, and other senior leadership to drive the strategic direction. As a firm believer in cross-functional collaboration, we work with different functions across the value chain every day to ensure continuous improvement in Customer Experience and the delivery of the newly designed experience.

About the role

  • Define and analyze customer-centric metrics to understand friction points in customer intent journeys, prioritizing areas with the biggest impact
  • Define and establish the overall framework for customer service and its related standards, process maps, and business requirements
  • Develop strategies and execution plans to lead cross-functional teams in improving targeted customer experience journeys
  • Manage project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Build positive relationships with several customer service, product, and engineering teams to build win-win partnerships
  • Develop communications to influence strategic direction and Customer Experience progress at all levels of the organization
  • Assist in creating a culture of continuous improvement that stimulates open communication and customer advocacy between teams

About you

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in Customer Journey delivery
  • You are data-driven and know how to clearly define problems and finding solutions
  • You have experience coordinating and leading multiple projects simultaneously, executing and managing requirements, reviewing outputs for quality and consistency
  • You’re a clear and engaging communicator and fluent in English, both verbal and written, include strong PowerPoint skills  
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and want to build a collaborative environment for cross-functional partnerships
  • A deep understanding of the full life cycle of a Customer Experience project and proven to deliver Customer Experience improvements that drove measurable results is a plus
  • Familiarity with service design, service operation, and CRM/ERP is a plus
