Position Summary:  3Shape is seeking two order specialists to provide our distribution partners with a seamless customer experience. This newly developed role will be the liaison between our distribution partners, manufacturing and distribution site in Durham, NC, and our order team in Poland.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Receive, triage, and categorize orders from both internal and external sources
  • Validate orders for accuracy and technical requirements including hardware and software
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure current promotions have been applied, the “ship to” address is correctly specified, desired ship date is correctly reflected, etc.
  • Collaborate with supply organization to assess inventory and order dispatch date
  • Communicate with reseller partners, providing continuous and instant feedback
  • Work closely with the order team in Poland to ensure orders are entered into ERP system and sent to NC fulfilment organization
  • Create and maintain reports on campaigns, and work on other projects as assigned by members of management

Required Education and Experience:

  • Two (2) years relevant work experience in a customer-facing setting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Experience with an ERP system
  • Demonstrated working experience in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and constructively work with feedback
  • Organized, flexible, communicative
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Comfortable working in a high paced environment
  • Bachelors’ Degree a plus
