We enable R&D to develop innovative products!

R&D Consulting & In-House Solutions (RD:CIS) work closely with R&D and Product Management to make the best and most out of product development resources and processes. We succeed together with leaders and employees on all levels of the organization – from developers to CEO – through problem solving, stakeholder management, development ingenuity and by keeping ourselves close to the action.

We drive a broad portfolio of activities enabling R&D to develop cool and innovative products: Portfolio and resource prioritization, process improvements, change projects, organizational development, employer branding and decision-making.

Our Team

We are a small, agile and young team situated in Copenhagen and Kyiv. We have a broad profile with many different backgrounds; Project managers in Denmark with a strong consultancy and project management toolbox, SW Developers in Ukraine with front end / back end skills taking web development to the next level.
